1. General Provisions
1.1. This policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been developed in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 18.1 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ) and applies to all personal data that psychotherapist Daler Mirzoev (hereinafter referred to as the "Psychotherapist") receives from personal data subjects - individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject") when filling out an application for a psychotherapy session posted on the information and telecommunications network "Internet" at the address: https://dalermirzoev.com/home_ru. The subject of personal data are visitors to the site filling out the application.
1.2. The Policy applies to Personal Data received both before and after the approval of this Policy.
- Federal Law of the Russian Federation of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as 152-FZ, FZ "On Personal Data"), establishing the basic principles and conditions for processing personal data, the rights, obligations and responsibilities of participants in relations related to the processing of personal data;
- Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 1, 2012 No. 1119 "On approval of requirements for the protection of personal data when processing them in personal data information systems";
- other regulatory and legal acts.
1.3. The psychotherapist has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes, the date of the last update of the version is indicated in the heading of the Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Internet information and telecommunications network at the address: https://dalermirzoev.com/home_ru, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The Psychotherapist provides all interested subjects of personal data with unlimited access to the changes made to the Policy.
1.4. Personal data is processed by the Psychotherapist for the following purposes:
provision of services to Subjects
sending personal data to Subjects by sending informational messages by e-mail.
1.6. The subject of personal data, acting freely, of his own free will and in his own interests, and also confirming his legal capacity, gives his consent to the processing of personal data by the Psychotherapist, to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the conditions set out in this Policy.

I hereby give my consent freely, of my own free will and in my own interests to the processing of my personal data in the amount listed in this Policy for the purposes specified in this Policy.
2. Purposes, terms and scope of personal data
2.1. Personal data is processed by the Psychotherapist for the purpose of providing subsequent services to Subjects.

3. Transfer of data to third parties
The Psychotherapist does not transfer personal data to third parties.
4. Confidentiality and security of Personal data
4.1. Information related to Personal data is confidential information and is protected by the laws of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The Psychotherapist does not provide or disclose processed information containing personal data to a third party without the written consent of the Personal data Subject, except for the cases specified in this Policy.
4.3. Upon a reasoned request, - solely for the performance of the powers and functions imposed by the legislation of the Russian Federation - Personal data of the Personal data Subject without his consent may be transferred by the Psychotherapist:
to judicial authorities in connection with the administration of justice;
to state security agencies;
to the prosecutor's office;
to the police;
to investigative bodies;
to other state authorities and organizations in cases established by mandatory regulatory legal acts.
4.5 The Psychotherapist takes the necessary technical and organizational information security measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction, through internal checks of the processes of collecting, storing and processing data and security measures, as well as implementing measures to ensure the physical security of data to prevent unauthorized access to Personal Data.
5. Procedure and methods of processing personal data
5.1. The Psychotherapist processes Personal data in the following ways:
non-automated processing of personal data;
5.2. The list of actions performed by the Psychotherapist with Personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, destruction, as well as the implementation of any other actions in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. When storing Personal data, the Psychotherapist uses databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
6. Rights of Personal Data Subjects
6.1. The Personal Data Subject makes a decision on the provision of his Personal data and gives consent to their processing freely, of his own free will and in his own interests.
6.2. The personal data subject has the right to demand that the Psychotherapist clarify his/her Personal data, destroy it if the Personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, and also take measures provided by law to protect his/her rights.
6.3. The personal data subject has the right to demand the revocation of his/her consent to the processing of Personal data. In this case, the Service services cannot be provided to the personal data subject.
6.4. In order to exercise the above rights, the personal data subject has the right to contact the Psychotherapist with a corresponding request.
6.5. The personal data subject has the right to receive information regarding the processing of his/her Personal data, including:
confirmation of the fact of processing of Personal data by the Psychotherapist;
legal grounds and purposes of processing Personal data;
purposes and methods of processing Personal data used by the Psychotherapist;
name and location of the Psychotherapist;
the processed Personal data related to the relevant Personal Data Subject, the source of their receipt, unless another procedure for submitting such data is provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006;
the terms of processing Personal data, including the terms of their storage;
the procedure for the exercise by the Personal Data Subject of the rights provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006;
information on the completed or proposed cross-border transfer of data;
the name or surname, first name, patronymic and address of the person processing the personal data;
other information provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 or other federal laws.
6.7. The right of the Personal Data Subject to access his Personal Data may be limited by certain regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
6.8. Persons who have provided the Psychotherapist with false information about themselves or information about another subject of personal data without the consent of the latter are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
